Community Midwives

A Community Midwife attends the Practice each Tuesday for Antenatal Clinics.

Community Nurses

District Nurses and Community Psychiatric Nurses offer their services to our patients and are based at Pendlebury Health Centre. Appointments can be made by telephoning 212 5000. However, it is necessary to see the doctor first for referral.

Health Visitors

Our Health Visitor is closely involved in the health care of all our patients with specific provision on preventative medicine. She is particularly involved with children and expectant mothers.

Attached Staff

A Clinical Psychologist, Counsellor, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist attend the practice each week. A Community Alcohol Worker attends the practice on alternate Tuesday afternoons. Referrals to these services are made via the doctor.
