Nurses

Sister Adale Hall (f)
A Nurse Practitioner holds a key clinical role in the practice and provides services to patients on direct access for minor illness and common conditions, e.g. coughs, colds, sore throat, chest and skin conditions etc. The Nurse Practitioner also provides services for patients with diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and coronary heart disease. Appointments to see the Nurse Practitioner can be made with the receptionist.

Two Practice Nurses see patients by appointment usually after referral from the doctor for investigations, blood pressure checks, diets, diabetes, asthma, smears, travel immunisations etc. The surgery is a recognised Yellow Fever Centre and the appointments can be made with the Practice Nurse(s) who will administer this vaccine.
