Welcome to The Lakes Medical Centre

The surgery is open from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am to 6.30pm Friday. Doctors see patients in the morning, midday and  evening, together with a number of clinics in the early afternoon. Due to changing rota of doctor duties please ask at the reception for the surgery times for the doctor you wish to see.

Through this new website we hope to improve our services to all our patients and enable you to find the information required at the click of a mouse.  You can order repeat prescriptions online, download registration forms, cancel existing appointments, change your name and address and much more.

You can find out information about medical conditions and diseases through our patient information leaflets as well as keep up to date with all the latest practice news and developments.  You can also allow the nurses to collect travel information by using the Travel Form
